At ROE Labs, we work hard to get your order out fast so you can start supporting your brain and body right away.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
  • International shipping coming soon.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@roelabs.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
